Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of beats from letthatboycook LLC. If you have any issues or concerns with your purchase, please review our refund policy below:
1. Refund Eligibility:
a. Refunds will only be issued for the following reasons:
The beat purchased is defective or unusable.
The wrong beat was delivered.
Accidental double-orders
b. Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction with the beat.
Failure to read the beat description or understand the licensing terms.
2. Refund Process:
a. To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the purchase date, providing detailed information about the issue or reason for the refund request.
b. We may request additional information or evidence to validate your refund request, such as audio recordings or screenshots demonstrating the issue with the beat.
c. Refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the validity of the refund request and compliance with our refund policy.
3. Refund Method:
a. Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
b. Refunds will typically be processed within 3 business days of approval.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
a. Customized beats or beats produced to your specifications are non-refundable once the production process has begun.
b. Exclusive rights purchases are non-refundable once the license agreement has been signed.
5. Limited License Termination:
a. If a refund is issued for a beat purchase, your license to use that beat will be terminated, and you must cease all use of the beat in your projects.

7. Subscriptions — The Vault: The Vault membership is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing beats@letthatboycook.com. Cancelling stops all future charges; the current billing period is not refunded and access continues until it ends.
8. The Vault membership — billing and renewals: The Vault is a recurring membership that includes access to the Vault Artist Academy lessons and periodic beat drops. It is billed at USD 24.99 per month, or at a discounted annual rate, and renews automatically until you cancel. Founding-member pricing applies only while the membership stays active without a lapse. Renewal charges and any unused part of a billing period are not refundable. Because membership content, lessons, and beats are made available to you immediately, membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
9. Cancelling The Vault: You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal (the “Manage membership” link) or by emailing beats@letthatboycook.com. Cancelling stops future charges. Your access to the lessons and the members beat folder continues until the end of the current paid period and then ends. Beats you have already downloaded remain licensed to you under the non-exclusive lease for those beats; lesson access does not survive cancellation.
10. Chargebacks and payment disputes: If you have any billing problem, contact beats@letthatboycook.com first and we will work it out. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us is a breach of our Terms of Service. We keep records of delivery, downloads, and member-area access and will provide them to the payment processor to contest invalid disputes. We may also suspend or terminate the membership and pursue any amounts owed.
